Decent hotel stay. Paper thin walls were annoying as the guy in the room above i think was wearing clogs and trying to get his steps in all night. Not the hotels fault but things to note.

We booked this reservation through hotels.com a few weeks prior to our stay. When we got there we were told we did not have a reservation and they had no other rooms similar to what we booked. Hotels.com had apparently messed up our booking, and Randi at the front desk tried for an hour and a half to straighten things out with them. That didn’t go so well, so we ended up cancelling the booking that didn’t happen and Randi found us a nice room. She is a wonderful person and made the 1.5 hour check in process enjoyable ( who would think that would be possible). Had a very present stay at the Best Western.

Room was big and clean. Bed was comfortable. Neither tv worked. Received new remotes but that didn’t help. Breakfast was good with a good hot food selection. We would stay again.

WiFi was out half of the time we were there, which made it very hard to get work done.
Elevator was loud and shaky. We were nervous to use it.
In the final night we stayed, the fireplace stopped working.
Overall, this was a very disappointing stay from a Best Western.

This was the nicest Best Western I have ever stayed at. I loved the decor. The room was spacious and clean. I loved the shampoo and conditioner products. There was a shuttle available to take us downtown to eat so we didn’t have to worry about parking after a long day at the park.

I was greeted by the gentleman that drives the transport bus. He gave me the ins & outs of the music festival I would be attending. The front desk clerk also pointed out the popcorn & fresh cookies that would be out shortly.

This was an excellent property. The service was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was one of the best. From the outside, in some spots, it looked a little old but dont let that fool you. Inside was remodeled, modern and very nice. My only issue was that the hot tub was not hot. Now, I understand it was a very large hot tub didnt get a lot of use, and expensive to maintain hot. I would not let that deter me from a good review or return trip. I get it, however, it is advertised so probably should be hotter.
