Hotel is clean but cheaply put together and on a busy and not very nice street. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Excellent location! The hotel is on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of a building right on the walkplatz. The room was recently remodeled and super clean. The breakfast had a variety of things to eat and service was exceptional. My own personal preference was better pillows. Once again, nothing wrong with them, I prefer pillows with more firmness. It made our experience exceptional while visiting Saarbrücken for the a Christmas Market. Highly recommend this hotel!

The room was very warm, especially the first day. A moveable fan was provided, but it was hard to open the window since the airco's of the neighbours were very noisy. I ended up trying to cool it when I was not there.
