Wonderful front desk staff. Stopped on our way thru for a good night sleep Thanksgiving night. Quick check in, located in a nice area and was very clean. Decent breakfast.

Our staying was good. It would have been better if there were two chairs in the room instead of one chair. My husband sat on the chair while I had nothing to sit except the bed.

I booked this hotel for two nights for a trip with my three kids. Everything was fine at checkin.
However on the first morning, our bathroom door locked itself and it took the hotel 4 hours to send someone to fix it. On the second morning the same thing happened. As the final straw, they started cleaning our room 30 minutes before the checkout time and threw away $50 worth of food that we bought for the return trip home.

Very comfortable room, we adjusted the temperature to keep it cool. The breakfast was very tasty with good variety. I always tend to have a great experience at Hampton Inns. At this one it was close to the mall which had an amazing authentic korean food court with a bunch of offerings.

The shower did not work; nor did the phone since the cord was gone. They had me move to another room and I inadvertantly left a bag containing my toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, cologne, etc., hanging on the back of the bathroom door. That evening I went to the desk to tell them and they were less than helpful. My son-in-law spent 2 hours with them trying to get it. They said housekeeping probably had it but they did not have a key to get into that. I would have to wait until the next morning after 8:30 or 9:00 to find out. They did have it, but someone should be able to access the housekeeping room at all times. Hampton Inn (Hilton) should consider having the duty person have access to all areas. I was quite upset over this matter.

The front dest person Alex was not helpful. My mother 90 years old was with me. I asked him to give a handicap room and he told me no rooms are available. Next morning at 10 am i asked another front desk person and she confirmed a room is available and helped us exchanged the room. We couldn't sleep the first night as the king size bed was very high and afraid my mother may fall. Didn't appreciate false and unfriendly statement when a room was available at checkin
