Hotel is in great shape. Love the in house Italian restaurant although I wish they still had live music daily or at least on weekends

We arrived early for our check-in time. We went inside to make sure that it was ok for us to park while we waited for our room to be cleaned. Staff was nice and gave us a pass and told us a time on when we could expect to get into our room. We were not allowed to check in until 4 hours after the time we were originally told...while we sat in the parking lot.

When I arrived at this property I was notified that the ocean view room that I had booked someone had smoked in and that was the last ocean view room they had available. They told me we could stay in that one but the smell was pretty bad. She offered me a different room without a view and would take care of the price difference seeing as it would be cheaper. They charged me $157 more than what my original booking was. They had two elevators but only one was operating. The one that was operating was literally on its last leg, and took a really long time to get up and down it. The ice machine on the 3rd floor never worked. The room was clean and I was happy to see that. Other than that there’s nothing to rave about.

1 working elevator the entire trip…had to take the stairs because it took forever for the elevator, housekeeping never came to clean my room the entire stay, I had a garbage bag full of trash in the room and had ask them to remove it from the room. Ice machine on the 2nd floor didn’t work. Some of the employees are rude as if they are not happy to work there. Michael at the Vincenzo’s restaurant was the only thing good on this stay. He’s polite and great customer service. Location is great but won’t stay here again. Not the Marriott standard I was hoping for

Very difficult and time consuming leaving room —only one elevator the entire stay and 15 -30 minutes to leave each time. Soap dispenser empty. Ice machine was always empty. Beach entrance “wash your feet” fountain not working. So track sand in everyday.

When we arrived I couldn’t figure out the buttons on the elevator and thought it was broken. The nice lady, I did not catch her name was a huge help and even rode the elevator with us to make sure we knew how to work it. You couldn’t just push the floor button and the doors closed. Very nice lady and there was a maintenance gentleman that was a big help also. Only negative is..we wished they offered continental breakfast😢

The main issue was only one of the elevators worked and the key cards would not work from the outside for the stairs. The wait for the elevator was ridiculous. It was reported that the keycards were not working at the stairs multiple times.

The location and convenience to the beach is the only reason I intend coming back. But k am disappointed that only one service elevator was working considering that it’s going to be a busy weekend. The staff have been very helpful though but the owner needs to fix that elevator.

great location, easy check in, staff were all superb, rooms were clean, bed was more firm than i personally like but not the worst i’ve slept on. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay again on future trips if the price is right.
