The room was riddled with roaches, the shower curtain was filthy and had not been replaced in a very long time. All of the bathroom fixtures were loose, the toilet wasn’t attached to the toilet. Asked for towels and the front desk gave us a trash bag and said we had to turn in the old towels versus coming to get the towels themselves. Asked to be moved but there were no rooms available for a family of 4. The manager tried to accommodate us as best as possible but the experience was a nightmare. Oh yeah, the room next door had weed smokers and yes it permeated through the walls.

The room was large and not horrible but the condition needed renovations especially in the bathroom. Drywall above shower looked moldy as well as tile. Vanity handles rusted over. These hotels near Auburn get booked even if the owners don’t put in the effort so it seems they don’t.

Staff was very nice. Room was average and decently clean. Very outdated in the room, shower looked like it was from 1980 and wouldn’t drain water

The bed sheets felt clean and soft. The room appeared clean yet in need of some cosmetic updates and deep cleaning around the bathroom. Overall we were content to have a comfortable and clean bed and safe place to sleep after a long drive.

Best people out there! They were very accommodating and met my travel needs! Front desk and GM were very professional and friendly. They went out of their way to make me comfortable.

Check in was very efficient. The room was exceptionally clean and the a/c fabulous. The only thing is the room and furnishings are a bit dated and worn.

There was a strange smell in the hallway the whole time we were there. There was also pressure washing and painting going on so it felt loud and congested.

Booked this hotel 5 months in advance for graduation and it was a massive mistake, although convenient to Auburn university. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade. Our bathroom was borderline, passable and was The toilet seat is was undescribable. This hotel seemed to be a mixture of some hourly rentals and some long term stay.
