The hotel is a bit tired needs some tlc I'm the rooms and all around. Staff were welcoming and friendly the bathroom smelt on arrival so I had to open the window and buy some bleach to clean the surfaces 😟

I would like to have it close to chat I’ll on. This is because the trip I am doing to Paris is mostly around that area.

Staff was rude with my family because we didnt speek their language very well. And the day we left, we had a flight at 07:30am so we had to leave hotel at 05:00 and it was closed!! Nobody to open. We started screaming and nobody came. Nearly lost our flight.

The machine at front door couldn’t recognize the booking number , but finally I saw the inter phone and talk to a worker, he helped me find my bookin number in their system, and I eventually could go inside. The air conditioner was dirty, and room is small and not very clean.

Typical B&B hotel nothing wrong but also not special. In the area there are some restaurants and a shopping mall.

Reservation was not in hotel system and payment as well..... I even couldn’t get inside the hotel because there was no one at the reception and system at the door didn’t recognise my booking number.

We booked a room for four persons, two adults and two kids. Room was dirty and very small, carpets were also very dirty. Stairs to the second half-floor were too narrow and dangerous, you could slip away easily. Toilet-sit was broken, shower drain didn’t work properly stopping the water from flowing away. If someone wants to move to the other side of the room (to the closet or sit behind the small table) he has to wait for his turn and until the other moved aside because the room was very small with a double bed in the middle of it. The only positive points were the friendly staff and the airco. I would not recommend this hotel( if you can call it so) to any family or someone who cares about hygiene. It was also too far from the city center. Price was also too much for such place.

Hotel location ans stores near by was very convenient; easy transportation.

The room was not very clean and the steps leadind to the loft was not safe. My granddaughters slipped on them three times. The housekeeping ladies argued very loudly a couple of days and sounded like they were about to fight.

Very cramped small room. Beware no one in reception after 8:30pm However staff (Mr Price) was very helpful in the morning with advice on organising our travel in Paris and arranging taxi etc. But sorry I wouldn't go there again to stay
