Amazing hotel. Recently renovated and beautiful rooms and hotel. Great value for the price. Very close to the water with beautiful views. Ignore old reviews that say hotel is outdated, they have clearly fixed that.

Our stay at Hotel Les Vikings was really comfortable and it was in a great location. The room was comfortable, clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. One thing which did arise was the fact that check-in was not until 4pm. We had driven down from St Malo that day and arrived at the Hotel at 2pm, expecting to be allowed up to our room at 3pm. Even when we returned at 4pm the room was not ready and we were told to wait for another 10 minutes. Although there was a Mini Bar there were no tea or Coffee making facilities in the room. The Balcony was charming but some of the wood work needed attending to. Address these issues and I would be more than happy to return and recommend others to stay.

A vending machine on premises would be useful and a café/bar would be perfect.. However, not far to town and the port where all of this is available. Free parking lot right across from hotel is great but could be a challenge to find a spot when busy so some reserved spots would be helpful. Overall loved this hotel.
