We were disappointed that the swimming pool had too little water in it, and was not being cleaned. We did not go in it because it did not look safe.
We removed from our first rooms because there were cockroaches and looked into a second room, which was much nicer. I would recommend requesting a room without carpeting.

My room didn't have HOT water, I asked the front desk many times and they still didn't address the issue. I took kind of cold showers a few times.

Comfortable accommodations and clean hotel. Friendly staff and extremely quiet rooms. Couldn’t hear any of the hustle and bustle outside of the hotel.

We dislike every thing about it,
Construction is being done to it, Workers were loud, But worst of all they assigned a room that was already occupied ( Dirty )
I do not like to leave BAD reviews :(

The person at the check in desk isn’t friendly and lacks of knowledge about the hotel surrounding, he said there’s no Uber in the City and there is for sure. Also said there were no restaurants and there are. Other thing we didn’t like is that due to all the events carried by the hotel, you are never able to use the Pool ...

I was very happy with my stay. It is a very historic hotel that comes with the charm you would expect.
At least half of the staff speak English, which is good considering the last hotel i stayed at in this area. no one spoke English.
My only one complaint I have is the lack of coffee. I am a coffee drinker and most hotels I stay at have some sort of free coffee near the lobby or at the least in the room. NOT here :( You are required to pay for coffee here. Drinks can be a little pricey including the alcoholic ones.
