We stayed the first night because we couldnt find anywhere else to stay. We barely made it before they ran the end of the day. They were nice enough to discount our price since it was only for a few hours. It was a nice place so we decided to stay there the other 2 nights, also. We will be staying there again. It was convenient to downtown and restaurants.

I had read the reviews on hotels.com talking about having no hot water but my assumption was that this was an anomaly that wouldn't persist to my stay. Unfortunately, I was surprised to not have hot water in my room (511). My buddy who was also staying the same night on a higher floor had no problem with his hot water so it seems to be localized to floor 5. I'm trying to be fair here. I was on a 10 day motorcycle trip and was mostly staying at hotels that were sub $100 but I wanted to be downtown in Tulsa so I spent extra. The room was very comfortable although the right side of the bed sagged a little (I just slept on the left).
I've given it 2 stars because 3 stars is apparently, "average". I'd expect better from a courtyard so I'm going with slightly below average.

First room we were placed in the AC didn’t work and it smelled like mold. They immediately moved us to a different room. Star was friendly and great.

The property was nicely maintained, but felt dated. The room was a bit musty and I irritated my sinuses to the extent it was difficult to sleep. Of course I didn’t realize this until half through the night.

The only issue is finding parking. It just takes a bit as there were multiple events occurring. Yet the hotel itself, the staff, and the room were all excellent to enjoy for our stay,

The parking was very complicated. Many different floors from parking to lobby to our floor. Also, scary location to walk around at night.

When we was leaving the parking garage we had to pay an additional $12.00 due to not having a parking ticket which we were not able to get one due to the parking machine being out of paper. Other than that the hotel was nice but we would more than likely stay somewhere else.

Our family of 4 came for a volleyball tournament. The room with 2 beds was very spacious. I was so surprised. Plenty of room for a toddler to run around in and hold a playpen for bed time. The front desk was so sweet. We will be staying there in the future.

Very helpful check in process. You do have to pay $16 for parking in a garage that is connected to hotel. Very good deli on the first floor that serves a great reasonable breakfast. A great stay overall and I’m married to a hotel snob.

Parking is not free. No breakfast, no coffee. Room was bigger, bath room was so clean. Room had a mini refrigerator and no microwave.

I loved the location. I was please with the room and the entire ambiance of the hotel. However, the internet was down when we arrived and never did get corrected. So unfortunately, I was unable to keep in contact with my work or my children.
