Close enough for a long walk to Stratford centre or a short Uber ride. Limited bar opening hours. Clean, comfortable and reasonably quiet.

Almost perfect! Only downsides were that the shower didn’t drain particularly well so leaked onto the bathroom floor if you were in it for more than 5 minutes and that the mattress needs replacing as it’s sunk and you can feel the springs. Other than that everything about the studio apartment was fantastic and incredible value for money!

We liked having a kitchenette, as well as an anteroom off the bedroom. Two restaurants and a grocery store were near us. We were less than 2 miles from town. Thank you.

We booked this late afternoon with an arrival time of 8pm. Got caught in traffic, phoned up and explained the situation. Michael couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating. As it was we made up some time and he was there to greet us. Breakfast was a little disappointing but the room and facilities were comfortable enough. Good parking to rear.

We had a fridge, useful, in which was chilled water, delicious mix of granola, fruit and yoghurt for continental breakfast in our room with fruit juices, milk.

Not great, room stank of air freshener that is automatically dispensed in the bathroom, gross smell, gave me a headache and I couldn’t sleep. Also cheap bedding and very uncomfortable mattress

We thought the actual hotel was fine, it was easy to find, there was plenty of free parking available and the members of staff we met were most helpful. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom sink was almost blocked but we mentioned it to reception and I got the clear impression they would deal with it immediately! We only stayed one night but would stay again if we were in the area.

The Hotel is very clean and in a good quiet location. The rooms are comfortable with all amenities. The front office was mannes by Mike, a warm and super professional that explained in détail the options one had from drinks to food, what one can do. Marked as one of places to stay when in Stratford Upon Avon

It’s my hotel of choice in Stratford. Covid kept me away for a bit but glad to be back. Breakfast, which used to be an attraction, while still good, is not what it was…A bit prepacked, which is against the ethos of the place.

We have stayed before, it's a great location with an easy 20 minute to half an hour walk from central Stratford . Lovely building , easy parking and lovely helpful staff. The full breakfast is particularly good too should you choose to have it.
