The hotel was clean. I loved that they provided free zoo tix, haunted mansion tix, and golf tix as well as other discounts. For the price, you're getting a pretty good deal compared to other locations in the area. However, it is a noisy room. The air was very loud and every morning I was woken around 5 to water running through the pipes from someone showering or maybe laundry, but it didn't bother my husband.

The best little motel ever. It’s convenient and cost efficient with a variety of room type choices. The pool is crystal clean and convenient. The rooms are clean!! And they tidy up too with fresh towels and made beds. Small negative was that the room needed to be aired out .. it was stale and musty. But you can open a few windows and the door to the outside porch to let in fresh breeze. We stay every year and will be back again.

We stay at the Blackhawk Motel every year. They are so friendly. The rooms are always clean. The staff is fantastic. The indoor pool and hot tub are really nice.

Check in was a breeze. Family owned motel with a ton of kids play areas and two pools.
our room was close to the main street in town. A bit loud, but the air conditioner and refrigerator drowned out most of the traffic noise.
The decor could use a bit of updating, but was fine for the price.
Whole town is catered to families with numerous activities for children.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay….first time in the Dells. We were there for our anniversary and had a great couple of days! The room exceeded our expectations! We will be back to stay again!

The excellent rating and reviews were right-very clean and very friendly service! Highly recommend. Loved the two-room suite with 3 queen beds plus a pull-out couch for our large group

The rooms are very clean & have recently been updated. Staying at Black Hawk is a wonderful, cozy & quiet experience. We love the options of both an outdoor AND indoor pool. We've stayed other places in the Dells, but the last 4-5 times, we've stayed at Black Hawk. Prices are very reasonable & the rooms, grounds & service are immpecable! One of my favorite parts of staying at Black Hawk is relaxing on the chairs right outside our door in the early morning with my coffee (which they always have freshly brewed in the office) & later in the evening with a cool drink. It's so relaxing & calming. My family & I highly recommend Black Hawk!

Property is in a great location to the downtown "hub" which has everything! The property is also right across the street from a gas station so very convenient. I loved how quiet the room was. We couldnt hear our neighbors and even with the door open, we couldn't hear the people at the pool. Check in was a breeze and we purchased our water park and mini golf tickets at the front desk for a good discount. My boyfriend and I have already made a pact to come back every year! Definitely recommended!
