I didn’t stay there I saw my room and immediately checked out. I contacted Expedia and I’m waiting on my refund. It was disgusting there

The property is dirty and a lot of shady people around it . It smells like smoke and marijuana. Unsafe and unsanitary.

I had to vacuum my own room on check in, old food in fridge, trash in drawers, no towels, black mold in bathroom 275. Pool has been closed for year, building, elevators and room smelt of pot. Selling of drugs inside and outside hotel. No staff insite showing other properties for owner. Rude staff. Had to take out my own trash to dumpster if not my deposit of $50 would not have been given back. Still waiting for deposit to be returned. Homeless people that lived in hotel were more helpful than staff.

I was charged for a auite with a jetted tub. I got the bottom basic room. Dirty tub...not a jetted tub, no coffeemaker, no ice bucket or cups. Waited 30 minutes for the desk girl to cone inside from her friend's party outside. Dogs owned by that female were running throughout the hotel, NOT on leashes. When asked we were told, "We aint got ice so we don't have buckets." I will be discussing my false charges with corporate.

We had to ask for tissue, toilet paper, an iron and other items that should have been stocked. They gave us one towel we had to share between the two of us. When we asked for a second towel, they said we had to throw down the first one and they would wash it and return it to us. There was trash left in the room and food left in the fridge. Only one trash can in the room, none in the hallway or lobby. Not even one in the parking lot. We booked 4 nights with hotels.com. We checked out after 2 nights and have not received a refund for the other 2 nights. Both my wife and I left there feeling physically sick. I DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

The cleanliness was awful. There was still someone’s shower puff and hair tie wrapped around the spout in the shower. Hair on the shower walls Which makes me obviously think the shower wasn’t cleaned. Walls are filthy. There was what looked like snot slung across the wall by the bed. Definitely not touched when room was previously “cleaned”. Rooms need a thorough cleaning. From the lobby to my room on the 3rd floor reeked of weed. The power button on the air/heater was broke so I had to just keep adjusting the temperature to be comfortable. The only good thing was the employees were very helpful at the desk and my deposit was returned promptly

Booked a room with a king size bed n jetted tub did t get either. It’s 6 am in the hall I can hear another person yelling in hallway. If you’re broke or desperate it’s fine but run from here. People live there upon check out 7am there was a shoeless& shirtless person in the lobby talking to jomself.
