Found a bed bug this morning.

The rooms are « exotic ». Some rooms have mirrors on the ceiling and some have a stripper pole in the rooms. The rooms are nice but is an acquired taste.

We stayed for Otakuthon weekend and had easy access to transportation at the metro just down the road, as well as a clean place and friendly staff that made us feel welcome. The appearance and vibe of the hotel was great, it was affordable for our trip and I'll definitely consider staying again. Also theres free breakfast which is pretty nice too. :)

Parking included was great and very conveniently located to use the metro. Room was overall clean and well set up.

Check in was easy and friendly. The room was smaller than I thought, but clean and comfortable, look good and AC worker well. The bathroom and shower were nice. Since the room was at the edge of a corridor next to the stairs and the room was small, we could hear people talking and walking up the stair to the floor. Also, the hotel took 100$ on my credit (plus the normal fee) as a security depot, but that 100 dollar was never refunded, my room therefore cost 350$ total. I sent a email through their website about that I never got a answer, money never refunded on the July 16. Seem to be a mistake where the clerk charges me 100 and not just reserve a 100 space on the card. at 350$ it was way overpriced. So careful with that.

The stuff refused to assist us, was unprofessional and rude. The manager refused to communicate. They confirmed on the phone that the room would have a hot tub (that was the main reason for reservation there) and there was only a shower. We asked to change the room or to cancel the stay and get a reimbursement but got a refusal on anything. No discount and no attempt to assist was offered and they were blaming us that their receptionist made a mistake.

The Wi-fi was perfect and the breakfast as well. But i didn't like the key for the room. It was a bit difficult to open the room. Overall, it was a very good experience.

They gave us a "hourly rate" style room... tiny room and bed, intense cigarette smell, windowed and doorless shower, mirrored bed ceiling, dirty floor, stained sheets... I was on a weekend gymnastic competition with my 17 y/o daughter. A bit awkward... The reservation was for a non-smoking room with a queen bed. Since we made the check-in at 23h00, it was a bit late to find another place when we saw the room. I don't know what type of hotel is this, but the only thing I'm sure of is that I'm never gonna get back there. I paid 268$ for a single night, since the gymnastic competition event got most of the hotels booked. That's a lot of money for what we got! The only positive things were the easy access and the parking space.

Room was ok, person at reception was not really the friendly. We had to change our plans mid trip and only slepted there on the 17th. I tried to see if I could get a refund for at least one of the nights and they told me no. A little disappointing. Room was tiny, no closet. No towel rack and no toilet paper rack
