This was the first time staying at a Home2, and although there was a few hiccups along the way, the overall experience was great! We were unable to check in for over 2 hours, which forced us to wear our travel clothes to a celebration. When trying to check in at the normal time, the attendant was fairly rude about the process. The manager, Lisa, was absolutely fantastic at trying her best to rectify the situation. When we went upstairs to see family, we overheard the previous attendant mocking us to the housekeeping staff when getting off the elevator. Once we finally got into our rooms, everything was very clean and absolutely set up like a second home. The attendants at the breakfast line the next morning were very rude, but that didn't stop us from looking forward to our next adventure and stay on a Home2 room. Hopefully the staff is better at the next location. Lisa was clearly the manager for a reason, she knows her business and was very nice!

We had room 414 with a kitchenette which looked nice but we did not use it. Room was nice and large with a sofa. Bathroom was a tight squeeze. Everything was very nice. I think we had a trainee check us in so this not reflective of entire staff but no WiFi instructions were given, frustratingly had to call front desk for promo code. Room phone did not work properly (no volume) so it took several attempts to get through to front desk. Never could get the WiFi to work on iPad. We weren’t sure if breakfast was complimentary, but on Trip Advisor they stated it was. We still had to ask breakfast hours. Breakfast itself was pretty good with lots of choices.

We really enjoyed our stay, so much we extended it an extra 2days! Our room was beautiful and updated! Everyone that worked the days we were here were all super sweet, helpful, accommodating and professional! We give them a 10/10 would recommend to family and friends and definitely will be coming back!

Great staff, from the beginning to the end. Quite, private. Continental breakfast had a variety to choose from depending on your liking. Will stop again.
