Stayed a couple of nights whilst attending a local event, I just slept and had breakfast at the hotel then I was out for the day & evening. The hotel is in a very rural setting, peaceful & quiet but also only a few km from the motorway and nearby town with all the necessary amenities.
I was delayed at the airport so a quick phone call to the hotel ensured that arrangements were made to have my key available for when I arrived, that was a helpful touch.
My room was spacious and comfortable no frills just all the essentials, breakfast is typical for the area and as expected. Proprietor I saw at breakfast was a pleasant chap.
