The hotel was beautiful and made our stay more magical. The staff was the best part. Incredibly friendly and helpful. We walked down the steps to Mykonos Town and it was great. Something to keep in mind- if you are coming from the airport make sure the driver drops you off at the hotel. Do not get dropped off in Mykonos Town with luggage. It’s not impossibly but it may be uncomfortable walking up the steps with luggage. I can’t imagine a better place to stay in Mykonos. They also Upgraded us to a suite. Highly recommend you stay at Portabello Boutique Hotel.

We had the absolute best stay at Portobello. The location was perfect (close to the airport and right in town). The daily breakfast overlooking Mykonos was our favorite. The staff was so friendly and helpful and the hotel itself was gorgeous and clean. Highly recommend!

Such an incredibly beautiful hotel - picturesque, functional, comfortable and very conveniently located a few minutes away from restaurants and shopping. The breakfast was amazing as was the staff who helped us during our time there. And the view was unbeatable! Our favourite hotel to date.

Stayed with wife and 18 year old daughter. Of all the places we’ve stayed in Greece and Italy this was our favorite. Great location— connected to the pedestrian shopping and restaurant area and also the outer street to be picked up by private transfer or rent a car. The staff is great and totally take care of everything you need. Anna there is awesome. The view is perfect. This is a gem. Thanks for a great stay in Mykonos.

Overall, we had a good stay. The hotel has nice decoration, in good condition. We were upgraded to a bigger room with balcony, great view of the town and ocean. Comfy bed, reasonable size of the bath room, very good breakfast! It would be great if there're more outlets provided in the room. We have two phones, a camera, and laptop need to be charged, but only one outlet, we had to unplug the lamps Our good experience was hampered a bit by the front desk customer service. One of the receptionist was a bit cold and not that willing to help. She did provide help at the end, but I was embarrassed because it's too obvious that she was not really willing to help. But the receptionist at night was very nice.

I stayed at Portobello Boutique Hotel with my sister. We liked the views of the village and the water from the hotel. We also liked the buffet breakfast. Our positive experiences were hampered by the treatment of the hotel staff. My sister and I arrived mid-day via ferry and taxi. The hotel has many steps leading down to it. The taxi driver told us to go down to reception and tell them to help us bring our bags down the steps. I ran down and told the reception this and the woman said we jad to brong out four bags dpwn ourselves because ghe porter who helps with that was not at the hotel. My sister and i sragged our bags doqn ybe steps juat to fins thay there were two female employees waiting at th3 door. We werent suee why they couldnt helpnus bring our suitcases down to recetipn. They did offer us watet qnd compkimentsty wibe. The woman at eeceptipn said she upgraded our room, but after reveiwing the toom options, my sister and i domt believe she actually did that. Whenever we came to recepyion yo ask about yhe area or tp uave inproant travel doxuments orinted, we were met with an attitude
