The tiny room, tiny fridge no microwave would've fine except for the ridiculous tiny sink with oversized faucet and shelf just above keeping you from leaning over. Impossible to not get your feet wet as it splashed over the rim. We got there early and planned to use the lockers in the lobby but the woman at the desk let us get right into our room at 11 instead of 4, so I give the staff 5 stars. Everyone was friendly and the room seemed to block outside noise.

Bare bones but comfy bedding, a big light window, super clean shower and sweet little sink. Very safe feeling. Thumbs up.

To Whom It May Concern, My experience at Sonder The Industrialist was far from good, despite having enjoyed previous stays at other Sonder properties like Sonder Missori in Milan. When we arrived, there was trash outside the entrance. In the lobby, two employees behind the desk were unhelpful, laughing, and one appeared to be under the influence of cannabis, which was evident from the smell and eyes. Our room looked nothing like the photos online. We tried to use the TV, but neither the remote nor the buttons worked. To make matters worse, our towels and linens weren’t changed. We later discovered we had to specifically request them, but this was not mentioned at check-in, only noted on a small sign by the elevator. I’ve always trusted Hotels.com, but this experience fell far below the standards I expect. I hope you can offer appropriate compensation, as this experience has left me reconsidering my loyalty. The difference between the hotel’s online presentation and the actual room was shocking.
