Came in on our way to the Smokies. Recently “renovated” and taken over by another company. Definitely needs more updating. Had a mouse in our room in the middle of the night. Wasn’t a pleasant experience watching staff members try to catch it before assigning us to another room. Was not comfortable the rest of the night and did not get much sleep after that event. Will not be back and will not recommend.

The floor in our room was dirty. This is a fairly new hotel so I know it was not due to wearing of the floor. We got in and had to get ready for an event and was only staying one night so my husband said don't bother letting staff know.

We reserved an handicapped room and got room. Room was great, spacious, comfortable and new since hotel is new. However, there were 4 issues that need to be addressed.
1. 3 bugs found in room during stay. Were not roaches. Crickets, etc.
2. Mold growing on bottom of shower curtain.
3. New phone not working.
4. In the accessible bathroom that was big and spacious, the toilet was stuffed into corner under toilet paper holder. A person had to set at an angle to use toilet. This would have been unacceptable if one of us was in a wheelchair.

Nice modern new hotel. Breakfast was not fully supplied and was average. Beds were comfy able but there was alot of noise from the above room (kids running around) and shower area was not as clean as I would like. I’m off no

This place is brand new and just opened a few days ago. Everything is clean but there is construction dust and debris I needed the maids to clean when I entered, but sheets and furniture is clean. Would stay here again. Also.. this a dual hotel one side is avid and the other Candlewood. I think Candlewood is slightly nicer but both were very nice.

Would stay here again. Also.. this a dual hotel one side is avid and the other Candlewood. I think Candlewood is slightly nicer but both were very nice.
