Great location. Only a 10 minute walk to Sliema and Gozo fast ferry. A lot of great dining options in the area. However, the buffet breakfast offered isnt that good. Still, I would stay here again. I loved my room, the bathrooms were very spacious.

Location is close to restaurants and tour sites. Small but adequate breakfast buffet in the mornings.

The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and helped plan transport to the airport. Even when my taxi didn't arrive, she arranged another taxi and helped with my luggage. I would stay here again!

This is a great hotel in great city! Our first interaction with the hotel was really positive after our original flight was cancelled and they arranged a taxi pick up and allowed us to check in after midnight (despite saying on here last check in is midnight). From then until we left, nothing was too much trouble and we couldn’t have asked for more. This hotel is in a perfect location to explore Valletta but just off the Main Street so you’re in the quiet!

The hotel was wonderful! Customer service was excellent and the hotel is in a great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. Good size room! I recommend this hotel :) PS We took an Uber from the airport, but the street was closed to cars so it could not drop us off right in front of the hotel… but did drop us off nearby and we walked about 3 minutes.

Hotel was in a very convenient location close to shops, restaurants. The hotel breakfast area is horrible, it just sits in the reception serving very limited options and lack of any privacy. Furthermore, there is no dedicated restaurant staff to handle food preparation but rather handled by the same cleaning crew that clean the rooms for the hotel. I particularly noticed that the hotel staff are not very empathetic at handling special needs of customers but rather are trying to understand why you have special needs and to them, it seems odd in their minds and instead of trying to help you they're trying to puzzle you out. What I mean by this is, is that if I request for additional towels the hotel staff are generally questioning you as to why you need extra towels etc... We arrived quite late and spent many hours trying to configure the room to our specifications which was very badly designed we were given a very bad room on the first floor next to the lift being room 101. This room was badly configured, exceptionally small and I later found out that the other Standard double rooms have much better configurations. I would also like to say that the owner "Jean" Is very rude and condescending and he spoke to us in a very belligerent manner that we must not ask for extra towels as we went down to the storeroom to take some ourselves as no one was there to help. The asst. manager "Alesandara" It's not very pleasant either and threatened to contact Expedia. Julia is very nice.

Great hotel in the middle of downtown Valletta. Well appointed, daily maid service, hot English breakfast included. Only negative is we could not control the temperature in the 2 rooms we booked. I would stay here again

Great stay. Room was clean reception as friendly n helpful. The hotel location could not be any better, just a few steps from key attractions in Valletta and the ferry wharf. We started going out early in the morning some time have the whole area for ourselves, came back for breakfast, then the whole of Valletta is packed with people especially after the cruise ship arrival.
