Very friendly Staff, didn't like that the parking was downstairs without elevator, had to walk up stairs with a bad back and dislocated knee.,but everything else was great.

Great place to stay, room was very clean and floors were spotless. Pleasant fruit plate was in the room with bottled water and a personalized welcome banner was a nice treat. Wonderful snack options left on the floor that we stayed was also a nice touch. Would stay again.

A rip off. They try to scam you at every turn. I have so many charges i have to dispute. One night i had a business client stop by and they tried to extort 300 pesos from me to let him in. Stay away there's so many other nice hotels in Leon. Don't walk away, run.

Hotel has been used hard and put away wet. Signs of mold in shower. All the furnishings very tired looking, dirt around all the light switches, corridor floors visibly dirty, banquettes in breakfast area also visibly unclean.
Food is sub-par at best, coffee terrible at breakfast.
Staff was nice enough but rough around the edges. The hotel was nowhere near full but they chose to put me in a room facing a circus. Yup, a circus. The music which was crazy Loud went on until 11pm. When you are in town for work and have early starts this is truly unpleasant.
Pretty sure something there gave me the Mexican flu.

My stay at the hottson was good very comfortable bed, nice amenities everything you can need and more. The only thing is that the room was not cleaned right there was a lot of hairs on the floor.
