Our room was not ready when we got there so we had to go and away for 2 hours and then come back. There was dust/ dirt on the top of the refrigerator and the cabinets and there was hair in the shower. Then went to make coffee in the evening and there was mold in the Keurig coffee maker. Took it down to the front desk and they didn’t have a replacement but stated they would have the manager contact us in the morning. That never happened. When we went to check out the next day I again reiterated what we had found and again was told that the manager would contact us. Also, that because we had book thru a third party there was nothing they could do for us.
Still haven’t heard from the manager.

We liked the ease of check in location and breakfast area and the location of elevators. Room was very clean and equipped with amenities.

Room was clean overall. Went on family vacation in the area; the hotels pool was closed due to unforeseen circumstances, hotel room maid service didn't occur till we left, had to go to front desk for towels and wash cloths, you have to pay for wi-fi, and hotel employee's unfriendly overall. Won't stay here again.

The facility was fine. My rating of Terrible is because of front desk staff stating a couple of our reservations for multi nights (2 queen configurations) were going to change after 1 night to a king configuration. The 2 reservations we had were for families of 5 (2 adults and 3 children). King configurations would not work!!!
What was also really frustrating is the staff, after informing of this change that was going to take place for these reservations, was very non-professional and indicated when asked how this could be within our 2 reservations, "that's just what the computer system does. There is nothing that can be done." When I tried to ask politely "how can this be, while being really frustrated, the front desk staff member threaten to kick me out of the facility because of my frustration. I insured her my frustration was not personally directed at her, but at the Home2 Suites in how they could supposedly change my reservations room configurations within the middle of our stay!!! She continued to insist there was nothing we could do about it and again threaten to kick us out.
So I left the situation to my wife to workout with the front desk. Finally, a different staff member showed up and started looking into it. Long story short, he worked it out so nothing changed within our reservations.
Not sure what the crap ultimately really happened on the Home2 Suites side of the interface between Expedia's reservations and the Home2 Suites system.

We loved you stay at Home to Suites in Columbus, Indiana. We stayed in a King 1 Bedroom suite and it was amazing. Very spacious, with nice kitchenette. We were very tired travelers and woke up refreshed and ready to continue our travels. We appreciated the cleanliness of our room and the nice breakfast. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Enjoyed our stay. Staff were all very pleasant and the room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Loved the medium sized fridge with the big freezer.

The desk clerk "Ali" was extra ordinar. I arrived later then anticipated and she made me feel very welcome and offered what ever assistance was necessary to get me into my room. I recently had hip surgery so her due diligence was very welcome. I will stay in this facility again both because of the quality of the room and the quality of your front desk clear. thanks again Randal
