The studio apartments do not have laundry facilities, but there is some down the corridor, this caught me out as i was hoping to wash clothing daily based on activities i was doing.
Great location for golf at Kingston Heath walking distance, but it is an industrial area with limited cafes and restaurants nearby, ok if you have a car but if walking not great, noting there is always uber eats

The property was nice clean & comfortable my only thing is there was only 1 Bed Side table in the bedroom and on the other side of the bed there was only just enough room for my legs to fit between the bed and the wall. Made it very hard getting in and out of bed especially at night. The pillows need repacling very flat

Reception has made a habit of writing down credit card numbers in a notepad. I counted at least 4 on the one page. All it would take is for someone to take a photo of that page, then they could use several different people's cards for their own nefarious actions.

The room was very damage with marked walls/doors. Smelt funny. Shower curtain didn’t stop any water so the bathroom floor was covered in water.

Comfortable stay. Plenty of room. Unfortunately tv in main bedroom didn’t work and had to ask for a plug for the bath.

Toilets could do with a better clean particularly where seat joins the bowl.
But the hotel is a great business park stay. Staff are friendly. Rooms are good. Location good for my business dealings.
