Family run property, friendly staff. Great facilities. Good location regarding proximity to airport, Ornos beach and town. Good variety of food at breakfast buffet. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel

Nice hotel but little dated

Nice size rooms with a great location near the beach and a big balcony with a great view.

My husband and I loved our time spent here! The pool bar tenders were amazing & we enjoyed our days at the pool and our evenings walking to the town for dinner & drinks. 10/10 recommend. We stayed in the honeymoon suit and it was lovely!

A great place to relax. Close to all the action but great place to recharge batteries. Town was within walking distance.

The Grand Beach was beautiful. Location was great for our needs. The staff was accommodating and attentive. Would stay again.

One of the rooms had a blocked drain in the shower. The staff sent someone up to address the issues immediately. The bartender Mikos was superb and we enjoyed every conversation with him. I was alittle mis lead by the property listing that stated you have beach access, which was true, however, you have to pay for a lounge chair. That should be listed in the property details.

We were asked upon arrival if we wanted to upgrade to a different room on higher floor. The staff was super friendly and helpful with recommendations and coordinating airport shuttle. Nikki and Iona helped with restaurants in Old Port. 10-12min walk to Fabrica (starting point) to walk to Windmills, Little Venice, Old Port etc. $36 flat rate for 2 people to airport, which is only 15-20mins away. Great stay!! First time in Mykonos!

The hotel is beautiful with a nice pool and offers a great breakfast. It has good view to the beach and is close to a quiet beach. Walkable to Mykonos town and Fabrika bus stop.

Staff was great! Alot of amenities. Food at restaurant and poolside was very good portions and lots of great options. Pool staff was great!

The views are spectacular. While along the main road, very easy walkable access to town and several beaches. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was very good. The pool area is beautiful.

The area is about a 10 minute walk from the town. We just walked everyday.tp go eat there. One of the beaches is also just across the street and about a 2 minite walk. Everyone was very friendly. To note there is no elevator so lots of stairs but very doable.

Staff very accommodating. Husband had an injured foot and management offered to move us to a room where we didn’t have to climb so many stairs. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Loaned us a phone charger.

Very nice hotel

The property is dated but very clean. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. 10 min walk to town. Taxi or Uber are VERY EXPENSIVE to go anywhere on this island…. If you don’t want to walk 10 mins on a very busy road to town I would recommend a different location.

This place is amazing! All the staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms/views/pool are perfect. Also, its a couple minute walk from the town. Definitely coming back again!

Show up on arrival we had to wait a little while to check in which is absolutely no problem, but try to have some drinks at the hotel bar was extremely overpriced. Drinks that we saw at other places there in Mykonos for eight dollars were 16 at the hotel bar. As well when we got the room, our bathtub was dirty. Last thing that got us the most was how cold the water in the pool was. It was ice cold, and we did not use it which was the entire reason we got the room. As for a jump off spot, it’s a little bit south of the main town of Mykonos but very walkable we did it every day. The staff was amazing and helped us get a rental car when we needed.

I would have liked to give it a higher rating. Unfortunately, my travel partners had $450 euro stolen from their room on day 2-which put a damper on the experience. The manager said that she reviewed the cameras and nobody entered the room from the hallway. There was a low, accessible balcony, and we didn’t hear anything about the camera that would have recorded that area. Either way-it was there, and then a few hours later it was gone. The rest: the location and view of this hotel are very good, and the pool area and breakfast is lovely. Walkable, but far enough away from the town so to enjoy some peace and quiet. The rooms were very large, but somewhat dated. They had some very accommodating staff.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room was large and clean. Walkable to old town and the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

It is a very nice hotel, small with great staff and efficient service. The room was comfortable as were the communal areas. Pool area was well maintained. Breakfast had lots of choice. We would definitely recommend

The hotel is beautiful and clean and truly a dream overlooking the water. But the service could not be matched. From the moment we checked in they treated us like VIP. We were surprisingly upgraded to the honeymoon sweet as we were celebrating our anniversary. All staff greeted us by name. When we went out on excursion Panos went the extra mile and text us to mk sure we were comfortable with our return transportation..the hotel is not in town but walkable. It is a safe distance away for peaceful sleep. I would highly recommend. Delsy was amazing. Panos just wonderful. And our bartender - GREAT!

Reception was rude and unhelpful. Rooms not luxe, pool was lovely. Breakfast decent. But really and truly not worth the price tag. Wouldn’t come back. The staff set a negative tone from the get go. Stay somewhere else.
