Pros- Location, outstanding restaurant and amazing view. Very cleaned.
CONS- Bed was too firm for us. Shower nozzle needed replacement. Very difficult to control the water temperature. Bedroom definitely needs air conditioning.Towels felt like sandpaper.

Well Taxco in its entirety is absolutely magical, provided you like to hike on steep cobblestone roads. The entire city, from Pueblo Lindo to the stores, people, scenery, bus ride from CDMX, was more than I hoped for & I absolutely can’t wait to go back with a bigger group in December. If you like adventure, you can’t pass up Taxco.

Very expensive hotel with poor services. No hot water, room 102 with not cooling and heating. No parking garage in the hotel. No access for people with limited mobility.

Beautiful views and colorful hotel. The assigned room was #107 with a tiny bathroom almost impossible to open the door shower without opening the bathroom door first.

I love the property but I did not get the room I paid for till the third day the lady said they have the right to change I did not understand why
She said I need it to call the property to get it
I paid for balcony and city view for two day I only had a view no balcony
She changed me on the third day to the right room

I like the staff everybody's so attentive, the restaurant is so good , the service I can't complain just the location is really inclined but my mom did pretty well she is 63 years. So nice!!

The property has a beautiful patio, but you can't really sit there because it's treated as a storage area. I'm not sure why. We received a breakfast coupon, but it was a toast with margarine and apple sauce. The hotel has an event room on the roof. The music on Saturday night was so loud from that room that we couldn't sleep. Thankfully, it started raining and that shut down the party. We're very greatful for the rain. The hotel has a potential, and it could be great, but it's just not very memorable.

Great stay. The staff was super accommodating and the view on the rooftop restaurant was a lovely addition to the complimentary breakfast and cocktail they gave us for our stay. The room was in great condition and the bathroom was stocked with toiletries. I would come back.

Friendly staff but hotel all around needs some care. Breakfast offered as part of room rate, was very light, just coffee, juice and 2 dry toast. 😏
