I needed a king size bed. They did not even try. I did not stay in the hotel. I lost the over one thousand dollar reservation because I could not cancel. First time someone does not even seem to try to accommodate. I have been a member for years and spent thousands of dollars with hotels.com. This will be my last time ever booking with you and will tell the family to do same. Nor hotel staff or hotels.com staff willing to help even though this would have been the first time I ever requested something like this.

Love the hotel, its location, the friendly staff, the delicious buffet breakfast, the rooftop amenity, the steam bath, etc. We will definitely go back. Highly recommended.

This hotel was ok long time ago, now I believe they are having really troubles, charges to high, parking charge to high, they don´t supply in the king size bed room for two people, just one coffe, one milk, one sugar, and the answer is NOW IS AS THAT !!! SORRY !!!!

I really enjoyed my stay at Riu. Upgraded to a high floor room and the view was amazing. The room was also very clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet ever morning was very good and the hotel bar scene in the evenings was great. I will be staying there on my next visit!!

At mid night a loud banging music noise started and lasted for an hour or so, I got 39 floor so it was loud

I stayed one night up on the 30th floor ! It has such an amazing panoramic views from the city !
