We stayed at the hotel for a couple of days in mid August. The hotel itself is ideal for short breaks.. the bedrooms are spacious and well appointed with a decent sized bathroom and lots of space for clothes etc; the buffet breakfast is excellent with a wide choice of hot and cold food. The only drawbacks are that the hotel is located on a relatively busy road and hence at night it can be a little noisy, and because it’s in a central location the hotel has no outdoor communal space. I’d thoroughly recommend it for a few days if you’re looking for a good value hotel in Salo

The hotel is fantastic overall. Well decorated and spacious rooms, with top notch air conditioning and comfy beds. The location is also right in the center of Salo and beside the bus stop. The staff go above and beyond when it comes to being friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also perfect - lovely cakes and pastries! Highly recommend.

Great hotel and very friendly and attentive staff. The breakfast was good. There was a large selection of sweet pastries - a bit too sweet for my taste but still top. The rooms were clean and modern furnished.

The hotel was right next to lake Garda with shops, restaurants and cafes nearby. Parking is always at a premium consider the location and in such a small town with narrow pedestrianised streets. So did not mind paying 8 euros per night for multi storey car park. Staff were very friendly and very quick to resolve any issues. This is a great place for relaxing time.

Everyone working in Aromi Piccolo are very friendly and helpful. Great location, very close to the lake and lots of restaurants and bars and beside the bus station! Definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Aromi Picollo, the owners were so welcoming especially the smell of freshly baked cakes on arrival made in preparation for breakfast the following day!! The room was perfect for our requirements, extremely comfortable and spacious, nicely decorated and although the hotel is positioned near the road we hardly heard any traffic. The location is great for exploring Salo, the promenade around the lake is pretty much on the doorstep at a few minutes stroll away!
