Very high quality hotel. Only issue was with getting the room cleaned in a timely fashion for 2 of the days of my 4-day stay.

The view through the large window was satisfying, but several issues stood out that need improvement. First, the room was ready an hour later than the 4 PM check-in time, with no apology or service offer. Despite booking a suite, the room was quite small. We were assigned to the 20th floor, so the view was great, but the water pressure was very low. During our 4-night stay, the complimentary water was never replenished. Additionally, there was a room service visit at 7 AM meant for another room, housekeeping rang the doorbell at 9 AM, and on the day of checkout, a staff member rang the doorbell at 10 AM to check if anyone was inside. These disruptions were quite inconvenient for guests. Overall, the hotel fell short of its reputation.

Most beautiful building in the city and close to all the attractions. The view of the city, especially at night is incredible.

This is a fantastic hotel. Well priced, spacious, in good condition and very central to downtown Chicago. I'd 100% stay here again.

It was great! The only annoying part was the room was not ready at check-in time, and was over an hour late. Overall, comfortable and extra plus for still having room service.

I’m disappointed that windows do not block outside noises. The city has an event that lasted throughout the night n the noises kept us awake all night. Then the next day the elevators didn’t work. I was stuck at every floor rooftop to lobby

The location of the hotel is great, and the view of the room over the canal is wonderful. I'd like to stay again next time i visit Chicago. The staff is friendly, and the tilt is clean and nice.

Property was very clean, accommodating, and in a great area for site seeing. There was only valet parking but that was disclosed. Would definitely stay again!

The best rooftop bar with amazing views of the city and Riverwalk. It was perfect location.

The property was very nice. The staff was very accommodating, and I especially like the option of texting if I had a question, oppose to having to call the front desk.

The location is perfect, the staff is very helpful and prompt. The bathroom doors leave something to be desired (I believe they must be sliding doors to maintain the integrity of the old building). The rooftop restaurant service was not good. I’d recommend just going up for a quick cocktail and not partaking in table service.

great hotel at very convenient location. However, rooftop bar is too popular and accessible for anyone. It makes hotel lobby overcrowded. Elevators need an upgrade and menu in other restaurant could be richer. - Overall, still a great place downtown Chicago.

Great central location to everything. The staff is as amazing. Glad we used this property for our long weekend.

Location was great and staff....did not like that the rooftop and rooftop restaurant are largely dominated by the local community and not by customers.of the hotel.
