Breakfast was good, receptionists very kind. Just the room was not well cleaned as the towels were not changed as also the linen.

Rooms and hotel is fine for the price. The staff is friendly enouf, but they don't know anything about the surroundings as they are not locals. The cleaning staff can enter the room at 10.30 and ask questions, even if you are still in bed.

Lovely area just out of the city center. Difficult to find with sat nav. Breakfast buffet was not re-stocked as items were used up. Could do with a small electric fan in the room. Good value for money.

this is an okay hotel with not much around and not much offered. It is in general clean and meets the expectations if you are staying a night or two.

Cleanliness/suitability of room was generally ok, but, overall, probably not worth the price that was asked. Despite having booked the room in advance, a woman at the front desk claimed she did not have our reservation and probed me to see how much I was willing to pay for the room without a reservation. Fortunately, I'm relatively proficient with German and I had a printed copy of our confirmation in hand. I got the impression the woman was trying to "pull one over" on a "stupid American." Can't remember her name, unfortunately. After my wife refused to pay the price the woman was asking and I suggested we stay elsewhere, a room miraculously became available. Twenty minutes later, the woman from the front desk called our room announcing she had found our original reservation. We will not be staying there again.

Reception hadn't given me an entry pad code and the place was in complete darkness. Eventually, a guest emerged and kindly let me in. I was not amused...
