Check-in was really easy found the room no problem. The room was neat and tidy there was a few stains one on the chair,a few on the wall beside the bed l. On in the bathroom sink area which makes it look like it hasn't been cleaned. The hairdryer didn't work asked at reception if we could get a replacement but that didn't happen. Breakfast was ok standard buffet style.

Perfect stay-over for the A0, really nice hotel at good value comapred to its neighbours. Clean room, although compact, nice bathroom, clean, breaky included, good check-in, car parks handy. Would re-book.

Very average hotel solod 3 star. Room basic, nothing too bad. Bedding is thin. Bathroom was ok.

All we could hear all night was water running down the stack… makes you want the loo
In the room shower tray broken and full of hair so wouldn’t drain, toilet seat wouldn’t stay up
Organisationally inept with complete mismanagement of breakfast - employee some staff, stick some signs up, resign the layout urgently and bin the wonky tables
Whoever was responsible for designing it should be sacked

Horrible hotel had a double room my partner and me it was meant to be a double bed but it was more like a single bed absolutely ridiculous nights sleep 3 hours max if that and then to top it all off breakfast was shockingly Bad everything cold would not recommend the worst place ive ever stayed in for what i paid to have this experience is bad i will not be returning.

It’s in a Central location with dinning options and shopping in close proximity. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was very well done. Be aware that if you’re driving, the car park / Bus station a block away and charges per day for parking spots. (Which is fine, just an FYI)

Great location for city centre and in our case AO arena, stayed afew times now .Always clean , friendly, helpful staff and good breakfast included , secure car park 5 minutes walk away payable online for 24 hrs

Not awful, room was very nice. Was extremely diserpointed with the breakfast we turned up just after 6:30 which is the time breakfast starts and it was cold and rubbery. Honestly had stomach issues for the rest of the day.

Ideally located for the AO Arena which was the main purpose for our trip. Close main shops and the NQ has some great bars and restaurants. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable and staff most welcoming and helpful.

Super convenient, well located option. Around 10min by walk to Victoria and Shudehill stations, there is also a great place to eat located some few steps away called Mackie Mayor. Breakfast was great too.

Good location for wandering and walking. Staff helpful and friendly. Walkable to center of city and to train if not carrying much luggage. Nice breakfast and neat eating area across the street with many different types of food.
