A beautiful hotel, excellent service all round, rooms are stunning and very clean! Great location, quiet but can walk to centre of old town in 15-20minutes! The pool could benefit from a bit of music in the daytime to give it more atmosphere. I also think charging €30 pp per hour for the spa in addition is a bit unreasonable and overpriced for what the spa has to offer but we didn’t really mind as we wouldn’t have used the spa. I would stay again!

I highly recommend this hotel for any visit Bordeaux. The staff and facility were exceptional. It’s in a quiet residential neighborhood so it’s a 15 minute walk to the city centre but well worth it, especially with the refreshing pool after a full day of seeing what Bordeaux has to offer. I will definitely plan to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel with an intimate feel thanks to the small number of guests. About10-15 mins walk from the river, it's located on a quiet road just outside the city centre. The room was immaculate and the facilities (breakfast, dining, bar and pool) were excellent.
What stood out the most was the quality of the service. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, and it seemed no request was too much for them. I will absolutely stay here again when I revisit Bordeaux.

Immaculate building with historic bones and—in our room—a sterile modern renovation. Smallish rooms for the ample price. Very uncomfortable chairs. No place for toiletries in the bathroom. The limiting case of a 5-star hotel.

Property is situated in a quiet area yet close walk to shops, restaurants and places of interest and historical. We walked everywhere. The hotel is well maintained and staff are great. The tasing menu dinner was great. Breakfast was excellent and choices were great.

Property is located within 15 minutes walk from the centre of town. Dining options are several both casual and formal all within walking distance. The hotel also has a fabulous tasting menu dining option. Shopping within 20 minutes. The area is very safe and quiet.

The staff were incredibly attentive and helpful even allowing us to swap rooms. The hot tub took a while to heat up but that aside it was a beautiful room. Be great to have harder pillows but that is more personal preference. Overall a lovely room and couldn’t do enough for us

Excellent stay. Luxurious. Relaxing. Friendly staff. Dementri in particular gave us recommendations where to visit and where to go for dinner when we arrived. The hotel is walking distance to the centre of Bordeaux, everywhere easy to reach by foot. Room was perfect, we stayed in Shakespeare which had a hot tub on the balcony. We had dinner from the tasting menu at the restaurant which was sensational. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Bordeaux.

Beautifully appointed. Staff attentive and polite. Mariana did a beautiful job booking a 3 Michelin star restaurant on short notice and offered lovely options for visits around the area. Highly recommend

Our stay was unfortunately only one night. Beautiful property, quiet area but convenient. Room was perfect with many room gifts, chocolates, water, wine, juice, fruit, sodas all included. Could not of asked for more.

I normally don’t post, but this is a great hotel and we had a great time while on Bordeaux. Special mention to Victor and Charles who are part of the staff and were not only nice but always attentive and helpful!
