A beautiful hotel with most attractive gardens. The hosts were most welcoming and assisted with the suitcases, they were a little difficult to find when I wanted to ask some questions

Beautiful and charming old fashioned family run countryside hotel in a wonderful part of France! The setting is very nice by the river and you can enjoy the breakfast in the garden. Very inviting lobby with a self service bar. Beautiful rooms and good personal service. Only drawback is that the mosquitos was quite bad this time of the year... Note: The hotel is located in Rathsamhausen le Bas. It can be tricky to find since it's marked at the wrong place in the TomTom GPS (it sends you to the wrong village) and there are no clear signs by the road...

He is also the chief cook, and prepared a wonderful breakfast buffet (included) consisting of the usual European fare plus make-your-own crepes. Property garden area was pleasant to walk about. This hotel is a bit out of the way, but well worth the trip. It was one of the highlights of our vacation.
