One of the best hotel's in the area. Stayed here more than 10 times +. We had our mishaps but they owned up to it fast. Gave us another night on the house, breakfast and room service. Idk how to take dien the old review but let it be known this is a well deserved 5 star hotel.

My experience started off rocky. But at the end Waseem came in and changed my entire viewpoint. The staff has some communication skills to work through but this place over all gives great vibes. And Waseem truly is a gentleman that will go out of his way to make the situation fit. So I appreciate that a lot. Thanks for your kindness. Overall I’d definitely come back.

The staff was very nice. I️ really liked the property style as well. However the restaurants were expensive especially considering other food options were close by for less money.

Novatel made a good impression and was in a clean, fairly quiet part of Brickell. Overall, our room was in great condition and the bathroom spacious and well-appointed. Bed was comfortable but all our pillows were way too stuffed so my neck was trashed after first night. The biggest negative? Our A/C turned off every 3 hours despite the settings saying "timer off". It wasn't based on the room temp - it literally would turn off completely. So for four night in a row, we'd wake up hot/stuffy in middle of night, 2-3x and have to turn in back on (then try to fall back asleep (after the bright screen shining in my face). The service person had no solution besides "set it to 60 degrees - it will stay on". One, that's way too COLD and two, it didn't work anyway. If the A/C had worked fine, it's would've been pretty carefree stay.

Excellent stay. Beautiful lobby. Staff was kind enough to book me in for an early check-in when I got off a cruise in the early morning free of charge. Truly memorable kindness!

Ive been staying at this facility for nearly a year. I have booked nearly 20 times and the quality of service provided has lead me to a 1 star review. The troubles began with waking up Saturday morning at 730am with drilling and construction on my floor. We were not notified about this and no notice was given that we would be in the middle of a war/construction zone. They put my safety and my partners safety at risk and viloated our rights to enjoy our time without harm. Luckily we took a few videos of the horror we had to deal with. After arguing with the management they put us in another room and yes they did refund us that night and gave us another night for free. HOWEVER, that same night, my partner wakes me up scared out of her mind that there are 2 grown men beating eachother up in the hallway literally infront of our room! 1 guy was totally naked, they were punching and throwing eachother against the wall. This was just insane. We understand things happen, and we took it like whatever...they gave us free breakfast and said order whaf you want. I wasnt going to write this review, but when i got my credit card bill and saw they CHARGED ME, i was like, Now im MAD! To top it off my $400 glasses went "missing" and they dont know anything ahout it is always just amazing. Things dont just vanish...so yeah guard your items, they have a thieves amongst them!

Nice property , could tell that the property is older

This is one of our go to hotels when cruising from Miami. Reasonable priced. Facilities are always clean. Staff is nice too.
