Decor of hotel magnificent. Excellent service and really good breakfast. While the bed was very comfortable the room itself was rather too small to be comfortable and with very little storage. Location excellent. Overall very good

Overall very good and great experience. Very nice atmosphere, super central location, nice room, tidy & great breakfast!
Only drawback was that café & restaurant service on Saturday night. Very inexpreienced waitress and waitresses that not where very efficient. We where not a lot of people there, but we ended up leaving our table both for an afternoon coffee on the terrace and later for an evening glass of wine. Have almost never happened to us before.

I'm inclined to say everything was unique . I should probably start with the super friendly, helpful and capable staff . Then comes the decor and last, but not least food and beverage . It is a very nice and comfortable place in the center of Gothenburg !
