The facilities are good. The apartment without sea view is comfortable and clean. The beds are good but the pillows are not. Unfortunately the cafe is closed during the week and the nearest one is a 15 minute walk away. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The property was having building work carried out while we were staying as it was low season . We were offered an upgrad to a sea view room which was a beautiful view but we still had to pay the upgrade charge . You would have thought this would have been complimentary due to the room being free anyway and to compensate for the building work .

this type of apartment is a perfect alternative for Hotel bookings.

While not everything is perfect...it is excellent at the price point. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything we needed was here. Enjoyed the balcony at the back of the hotel, peacefully looking towards the sea. Between my basic Spanish and their basic English, communication with the hotel staff was fine. Daily housekeeping if you want it. There is a cafe and small shop on site. No problems parking on the street. San Jose itself is a lovely pueblo with great beaches, interesting shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We also walked from the hotel around the cliff path to Playa de los Genoveses - where it feels like the world is a million miles away (you can also drive there for 5 euro parking fee).

While not everything is perfect...it is excellent at the price point. Our apartment was spacious and comfortable, everything we needed was here. Enjoyed the balcony at the back of the hotel, peacefully looking towards the sea. Between my basic Spanish and their basic English, communication with the hotel staff was fine. Daily housekeeping if you want it. There is a cafe and small shop on site. No problems parking on the street. San Jose itself is a lovely pueblo with great beaches, interesting shops and plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. We also walked from the hotel around the cliff path to Playa de los Genoveses - where it feels like the world is a million miles away (you can also drive there for 5 euro parking fee).

The view was incredible! I could stop looking out the window and sitting in the porch. There was someone at the reception to provide keys and instructions on parking.
There was a washing machine in the apartment, but didn’t have detergent. I should have probably brought some with me, but wish they had some to buy at the desk or in the vending machine.
Otherwise, awesome. The town is just a little walk down the hill and close to hiking trails.

Our accomodation had a great sea view, and balancy on which we had breakfast each day. All rooms were very clean, and had everything we could need.
The place may have been recently painted (during lockdown?) as everything looked new. The location is perfect for visiting the nearby Playa de los genoveses, either on foot (30 mins) or by car (5 mins).
In the other direction the town centre of San Jose is a 15-20 minute walk.
We were pleased with everything and will return. The fact the accomodation had a kitchen was very useful and made it better than a standard hotel room.

Lovely lady on check-in (which was quick and easy), fantastic apartment with everything we could need; it was a little tired in places but that was reflected in the price, so that's not a complaint.

The road behind the hotel leads to a dirt track to the most gorgeous wild beaches. Hire car really useful- expect to get it very dirty! About 20 minutes walk into town, though there are a couple of closer restaurants. Loved it here.
