Clean quiet hotel. Good value in Twin Cities metro which has become very expensive. Only wish was plastic recycling at breakfast. An awful lot of recycle waste.

it was just one thing after another from keys, not working to no dresser in the room as when I travel for long periods of time I like to unpack and not feel like I’m moving out of my suitcase just very disappointed. Will never stay there again. Wish I could get my money back

Staff were very friendly and accomodating. The property was very clean. Beds comfortable. Room spacious. Great location.
Only negatives were that the TVs are mounted centrally in the room so, from bed you cant really see them. And, the tile work in the bathroom around the tub is falling apart.

I have never reviewed a hotel before but felt I should do it for this. From moment we walked in we felt complete friendly hospitality. Needed to extend our stay and were very accommodating. Room cleaned every day which you don’t find anymore. Very comfortable room. Only inconvenience in room was that bed so close to window that had to walk sideways to get into bed. However, bed was very comfortable. Have stayed here before and will again.
