One of the box springs to bed was broken. Adults couldnt use it as sank in the middle. The pool was very cold and not filled all the way.

When we arrived and got in the elevator there was an overwhelming odor, we took our bags to our and went to meet our kids I asked the front desk what it was and she said they got new carpet. We came back late that evening and by the next morning I was sick from the smell, we checked out and requested a refund but no manager was available and the young lady said we had to cancel 48 hours prior to our reservation to get a refund. When we went to check in at another hotel she was working there and again said I don’t know if you will get a refund. They had no fans or any type of equipment to decrease the smell.

I did not appreciate that we were charged $150 for incidentals. That kind of charge should be for people who have little or no payment history with Choice Hotels. Also, the ironing board was jammed and would not unfold.

Hotel was OK. Lamp outlets did not work. Main light kept turning on and off. Water pressure was ridiculously non-existent. I didn’t participate in the breakfast but it looked OK.

No complaints, didn’t spend a lot of time in the room as we were there for a volleyball tournament. The dining area was restocked promptly and kept clean. We’re from out of state and this was our second time to stay there.

We were below VERY noisy people that were up all ours. Very disappointing. Air conditioner worked great but sounded like it was going to take off every time it kicked on. Clean hotel.

This is a perfectly adequate hotel at a good price and a safe area. Unfortunately the elevator stopped working on day 2 of our 3 day trip, but it’s only a 2 story hotel so not too bad. :)

First, the elevator was not working. The doors closed abruptly on my husband, in addition to shaking and uneasy. Second- the hotel is somewhat dark and dingy. Needs a good deep cleaning,and general things fixed. Wallpaper peeling on the walls of the hallways. Door in our bathroom was very hard to open and close. The whole place needs some TLC.

Both room & bathroom were clean with convenient, well maintained features. Shower had good water preasure.
I would certainty recommend for a quiet stay.

Our room was musty smelling. The shower was a bit difficult to work but once you got the water working it was fine. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast had a lot of options.
