Check in was fast friendly and quite pleasant! Had a great stay and it was quite comfortable. Living area needs to have kitchen table either fixed or replaced. It was very wobbly and thought it might break!! And i always say they should leave a roll of paper towels in kitchen area...

I don't typically leave reviews unless really good or really bad. This place was outdated, needed at least a coat of paint and pretty filthy. I counted three spiders from where I was standing near foot of the bed. Yuck! If I wasn't tired I would have left

I would not say this place was horrible but it certainly wasn’t very good for me as a result of the air conditioning heating unit it wasn’t working. He said well we can’t get anyone in till next week so I stayed there for five days and would be freezing every night and hot during the day it was crazy! And the bed was very uncomfortable. I could feel the springs.

I brought a dog. The fenced dog area was VERY overgrown and the area around the dog area was also very overgrown. Grass was appro 12" long.

The beds were very uncomfortable the blankets could have been warmer and we had very loud neighbors.
It was very clean so that was a plus

I booked my mom a room for the night. At first she was upstairs but her room was changed after i talked to the front desk as my mom is handicapped and couldnt walk up the stairs. Thank you for helping with the room change and allowing her car to stay there for day after checking out! I will def be booking with you again!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating and they made our check-in very smooth I was happy that the pool was still open.. the room was comfortable and spacious

The place and location was great but our room had the dirtiest floor it turn our feet black. We had to keep shoes or slippers on at all times and the Wi-Fi needs some serious upgrades we could not get the Wi-Fi in our room and the service without it was horrible.

All overall, walls are not insulated against sound. Except for that it is a safe and clean place, near to all Ougunquit facilities.

Refrigerator who make a lot of noise and I was incapable to sleep. They gave me a another room with King Bed that I dont need and I paid a different price for this room.

It was good. It was close to the beach and downtown. We also enjoyed the access to the BBQ and the pool.

We were a first floor room and the window on the parking lot side didn’t lock. It is right on a main road so safety is an issue. I was with 2 young children and was worried. Bathroom was poor and no water pressure or hot water.

It was decent just the people in room next to us partied loudly from 2-5 am the 2nd night but overall it was a nice stay

We had a nice stay at the N'er Beach Motel, and no major complaints. Staff at check in / out were very nice and friendly. The stovetop and in room hair dryer didn't work, we couldn't figure out the TV and there was some mold on the ceiling, but there was plenty of room and the beds were comfy.
