So I ordered a suite and got a regular room when I got there, they luckily made it right, and got me a suite and complimentary breakfast.

Pros-Everything but the shower appeared clean and without weird smells. It was quiet and the food from the Bistro was plenty and good. Cons-1. The check-in clerk came off as snooty because we aren’t members of Club Marriot, reminding me that “breakfast is not included with the room.” I read this when I booked the room. 2. AC leaked, soaking the carpet in front of the window 3. Half of the bed was broke down, creating an uncomfortable U shape 4. Small line of mold on the shower window/wall seam 5. Upon checking out and with no expectations, the clerk was friendly, but after we told him of the leaking AC, he said there’s nothing he can do for us since we aren’t members. We were informing him of the condition, not asking for a refund. I understand membership has it’s privileges, but arrogance will not buy my membership.

Property was great. Check in was easy. Staff was VERY helpful. We stayed in 3 rooms and all the bedrooms were luxurious. Beds were very very comfortable. Would recommend again.

All the staff at this Courtyard are professional and respectful. This is the second time we have stayed here in 3 months, and we recommend it to all our friends and family.

Place was clean. Staff was friendly. Everything seemed updated. My only complaint was that the refrigerator didn't work and they didn't provide bottled water like most hotels do.

The staff was friendly and professional. The cleaning and maintenance staff leaves early. The food at the eatery was fresh. The only complaint I have is the room gets hot at night. Not sure if the air is turned down in the evenings or if the shelf over the vent blocks the circulation. Other than that the stay was great!

Horrible experience; coffee shop and breakfast area never opened on time. I stood and watched the staff make their personal coffees while me and another customer watched them. When asked when they would open, they stated they were open, but it would be 20 minutes later before they could make anything! Why? Because they were making their coffee and breakfast. HORRIBLE experience. Would never recommend or return. Not worth the lack of customer service.

Excellent Customer service on phone and upon arrival. Very clean and comfortable room. Starbucks and dining area a big plus! Will stay again!

The hotel was great and location was perfect. My only complaint is that we realized at check-in that rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, which was really disappointing. This should be clearly stated when offering the room.

Property was nice and affordable. It is on the out skirts of the city you are probably about 25 to 30 mins away from everything. The staff was nice and attentive. Will stay again.

I highly recommend this property. It was very safe and clean and convenient. I wanted to be close to the airport so I didn't have to struggle getting there the morning of my flight and this was very easy getting to the airport.
