Great property, location and staff. Had a pleasant stay, the property was clean and cleaned everyday, staff are very professional, helpful and resourceful to ensure your stay is very comfortable and pleasant.

Linda, the property management rep who worked with me during the short trip was a true pro. Extremely knowledgeable, responsive, kind and exceptional.
Minor issues getting in/out of the building with the intercom system but wasn’t a big deal at all. The security was always around to let you in.
The property is clean, conveniently located and pretty quiet. This is my choice over traditional hotels going forward.

My booking was changed at last minute to a lower rate accommodation. I would appreciate a refund for the difference in price for the accommodation. I have tried calling Hotels.com but it is so difficult reaching a live person.

Great place to stay at. Good breakfast and dinner at ELM restaurant located next door. Friendly staff everywhere. Our host Gideon did a great job and was very responsiveness to our questions regarding booking a shuttle to airport, request for extra towels etc. Will come back again in the future!

The apartment unit is part of an excellent property (The Lennox) which has good amenities and most importantly in Ghana, backup power. The whole property looks new, properly maintained and has very good security.
The management of this specific apartment unit (Accra Luxury Apartments) which is different from the property management (The Lennox) however have very poor customer service. When I arrived, there was no rep from Accra Luxury Apartments to check me in. My son and I had travelled nearly 24hrs, were exhausted, had six luggages but we couldn’t be checked into the our apartment because there was no rep to do so. The Lennox property rep was kind enough to give us some water at least to help us cool down and had to wait for almost 30mins before someone from Accra Luxury Apartments finally showed up to check us in.
During the course of our stay, no one even reached out to see how things are with us, and if our unit was still in a comfortable shape. Luckily nothing happened that required me to reach out because upon check out, when I called several times, no one picked up or even responded.
The apartment was cleaned daily. Unfortunately for some odd reason, when bath tissue gets low, they don’t replace so you’d have to make sure you get extras from a nearby gas station close to the airport.
Besides the customer service issues, the apartment unit and property are a great place/location.

One key point is that the safes are not sufficiently secured (not fixed on a wall) raising security issues as they can easily be removed. They have also very inflexible late check-out policies asking for the cost of a full day if you leave after 4 pm. These issues need to be corrected, especially considering the rates they charge.

This was disappointing. My first room was excellent. The AC leaked, a technician was called. I was asked to keep the AC off for 2 hours. 3 hours later I turned on the AC & there was a water fall. I was shifted to another room at 9 pm that was smaller with a stiff mattress. 3 days later I was still told my original room was unavailable despite the initial commitment of moving me back tomorrow. Overall I was disappointed & annoyed . I enjoy the lennox but not this particular agency.

New clean and very nice. No hot water probably waterless tank not turned on. Day 2 off 3 day stay sent person in charged that checked us in message of problem, never heard anything back. Other than that the place was excellent! 👍
