$400 were taken from my room and I was not given a refund for the days I canceled ahead. I was supposed to be there until 7/2/22 but I left on 6/29/22 and never received a refund.

Very beautiful boutique hotel with nice large, and clean rooms. Convenient to major shopping mall, bars, and excellent nearby restaurants.

When we pulled up a gentleman greeted us at our cab. Great start! Such a lovely small throwback in time. Romantic. We had to leave early and the breakfast gentleman made sure we ate even before the time. He called us a cab. Just a gem of a place!!!!

The property has a cozy classical look/ambiance. We were initially told at the reception that we had previously canceled our reservation however, this was not true

The Don Alfonso is truly one of the best boutique hotels in Pereira. The location is excellent. The staff is very friendly and most accommodating. The breakfast is the morning is delicious. For a business person you will not find a better stay.

I liked the location, and the very unique property. I did not like the room setup, also I have to wait for the key holder or any other employee who is on duty to leave or enter the property because they do not have a key system, the ring at the front door is not working properly.

Were visiting family in Pereira and only stayed one night but the service was exceptional! They serve breakfast beginning at 7am but they offered to serve us earlier since we had to leave at 6am. Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable- perfect location and a very cute hotel overall.

this is a fabulous boutique hotel, the staff was first rate. my only very minor complaint is they offer no safe in the room, but the staff was very cooperative in storing my valuables in their office safe, I would highly recommend this beautiful property

The location was awesome, very close to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful and made us feel right at home. We will absolutely come back !

Although Hotels.com never alereted the hotel of my reservation they where very accomidating and offered us a room at a lower price then the website quoted to make up for the inconvenience. The hotel is a very charming Spanish style hacienda complete with decorations and decor, very nicely and tastefully displayed throughout the hotel. The rooms were very clean and the beds where comfortable but just a little too simple; I would had enjoyed some more traditional decorations in the room. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I've had at any hotel in all of Colombia (outside of Decameron). The dining area is inside the hotel courtyard and the pond with waterfall made it even more enjoyable and relaxing. The neighborhood is one of the nicest in all of the city and just a short walk from any destination you would want to venture to. Please beware that there are 3 night clubs within 100 meters of the hotel, so a Friday or Saturday night stay might not be the best idea if you are a light sleeper.
