We really liked the spacious room with the couch being a queen and extra seating area. Breakfast was nice. Facility clean. Staff attentive and smiling.

We have never stayed at this hotel before and it was wonderful. After going through hurricane Milton we needed a getaway even though we only live an hour away. The hotel was so nice and clean and the room spotless. The only two negatives I can say is it would be nice to have free coffee available during the day rather than just at breakfast but that's certainly is not a deal breaker. The air conditioning in the lobby is very cold. Other than that it was a perfect stay and close to Disney. We will certainly be back again.

Everything was great, however there was an event in the convention center and when we arrived it was bedlam. The number of cars pulling in and being directed made getting to the front desk awful. Once we were able to get to the front desk, I signed my approval to pay $18 for parking. That is understandable except there was nowhere to park remotely convenient to bringing luggage into the building. We couldn’t unload at the front of the building because there were literally 100s of cars trying to maneuver around that area and we didn’t feel it would be appreciated to stay there even 1 minute longer than absolutely necessary. Maybe communicate that there would be traffic congestion if arriving between 6:30 and 7:30 pm so we would have expected the pandemonium.

Smooth check in and out. Amazing service from the cleaning staff.

The staff is helpful and friendly but not too fluent in English so at times it was not easy communicating. Bedding especially pillows had human sweat smells. Please change or wash pillows periodically. The hotel is in an amazing location close to stores i wanted to visit and also they sell park tickets. However the park shuttle is not free as it was made out to seem on expedia.

Room was comfortable and clean. Enjoyed the happy hour, and the food at the on site restaurant was delicious.

As parents of a 10-month-old baby, cleanliness is extremely important to us. We were pleased to find that the room was impeccably clean, with no dust in sight. It was evident that the cleaning staff had gone the extra mile, even moving the furniture to ensure thorough cleanliness, which we have not always experienced at other places. Our room was equipped with a microwave and a refrigerator, including a freezer. This was crucial for me as I needed to store my breast milk for my baby. The facilities were excellent, the breakfast was included and good, the hotel shop and pool were in great condition, and the location was central to the places we were visiting. The hotel is in excellent condition and is very nice, perfect for getting away and creating memories with the family. We felt very safe at check-in and check-out. We will stay here on our next trip.

Atmosphere is so welcoming

Room got cleaned only one day out of eight of the stay. One night no shampoo…..it was replenished when advised, but came back the next night to an open room.
