Absolutely perfect! Staff provided excellent service. Their smallest room is still very spacious and luxurious. Definitely recommend booking the private spa during your stay.

Thank you! Me and my sister stayed in the hotel for 4 nights, and we were delighted with our stay. The hotel is in a walkable distance of the city centre and has a jacuzzi and sauna ( was nice to chill there after a long day of walking). The personnel were very friendly, and always happy to help. I would recommend to stay there.
Breakfast was delicious and varied as well :)

My check in experience was great! The hotel location is close to everything. The stuff at the reception and at the breakfast buffet were very polite and helpful! Room was in excellent condition and very comfortable! My only complain was a very annoying smell from the bathroom pipes that could be avoided with the bathroom door closed. We reported it late to the reception and they were willing to relocate us to another room but we liked it and didn’t change. I would totally recommend it to anyone to stay there!

It was an overall great stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating. They were also kind enough to lend us a phone with unlimited internet access which made our stay in Belgrade all the more convenient and enjoyable. The place was spotless, quiet, and had a good breakfast. What more could I want. Hvala vam.

Two issues though.
If you get a room above the main road it is very noisy.
Also the air condition units are dreadful and do not pump out much cold air

Beautifully renovated hotel in a convenient location. A hotel of the same quality would cost three times as much in Paris. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We were able to park right out front, but there is also an underground garage. The hotel rents e-scooters for 10 euros per day. My kids and I took advantage and zipped over to Belgrade fortress. Highly recommend. Breakfast wasn't included but was offered for 7 euros. My only complaint is that the spa closed on the early side (20:00), so we missed out. Also, be aware that the hotel is located on a busy street, and it's not immediately obvious which building it is as you approach it by car.

Room was great. The only negative points were the noise of the street(impossible to sleep with an open window)and the air conditioner. Besides theses noises it is way too warm in the room. Location of the hotel is great and the receptionist is very helpful. The extra free mobile phone is great to have with, when visiting the city
