It is literally the worst hotel ever with rude front desk staff. They cannot offer what mentioned on their website. We booked a deluxe room with two twin beds. But the staff said there is no such room ever in their hotel. We asked for alternatives like adding a sofa bed/ rollaway bed, they said NO right away with an annoyed face. They said they could do nothing about it, the only thing we could do was either take it or leave it. We paid in full online with hotels.com, but the staff said their hotel didn't take the money so they couldn't refund us on the spot. We dealt with this issue with hotels.com staff for 12 hours. Hotels.com agent couldn't help because the hotel front desk staff was not willing to answer the phone. So, in the middle of the night, we left with no choice but to stay in the room. The air-conditioner was dripping the whole night with noisy sound. Stains were all over the wall of the bathroom. Prominent noise from the street. Overall, it was not a good stay. We got an unfriendly look from the staff every time we go out and into the hotel. We specifically asked for not cleaning our room. The staff still came in, even moved our stuff and took things from our room. That was really an intrusion of our privacy and did not respect us. That's a total disappointment. We were furious about everything.

Hotel is located very nicely near a big shopping center and a local food market. The room was not very clean but well priced.

My wife and I were searching for a hotel to stay for a night before heading South of Phuket and this hotel caught our interest. The location was good. It was near to Jungceylong Mall, Patong Beach and Patong Night Life. The hotel staff especially the lady in the reception was so accommodating, always smiling. Other hotel staff were always smiling though others had difficulty communicating in English. The room was nice, big enough for couple, very clean, had a terrace with a good view of the city. Bathroom was clean, nice shower, water temperature was fine. Internet was fast. We were very happy that we chose to stay on this hotel and we highly recommend this hotel to others.

As I was in Phuket to attend a Conference I found that the hotel met my needs very well. During the day I was involved in the conference and felt the room and amenities were good for me when I returned to the hotel. The room and ensuite was very clean every day. The staff were very accommodating with providing breakfast in the mornings. They make great omelettes!

The location is very convenient, right down the street from a major food market by day and street food vendors by night. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach or Bangla street. Our only complaint is the bathrooms and the plumbing. Staff was very responsive to our clogged sink and let us change rooms immediately, however the tub in the second room was also a problem. Overall, this is a good choice on a budget. Good coffee and decent breakfast as well.

There was a slightly stale smell which comes from the toilet, but it goes away once you get the air-con started.
