I was recommended the hotel by a friend. It was as he said. Clean and spacious room, made up every day, nice large shower space, bathtub, the shower, shower gel, shampoo, towels, kettle, coffee, tea, big bed, nice balcony with seating, safe, minibar, and a small workspace. Plenty of storage for clothes and bags. I can't speak highly enough of this hotel. It was excellent. And the location was great, but most of all, the staff were so friendly and helpful. And there was a Tuk Tuk driver on hand any time I needed one. So easy to get around Siem Reap! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Will go back again!!!

An amazing stay at Elysium Suite! It was a real gem. Professional staff, good facilities and amenities, especially big swimming pool! Breakfast was great with good view. Will come back!

Room was spotlessly clean and spacious with private balcony overlooking the swimming pool which was the best spot to relax after tour. Location was in town close to pub street. We highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a perfect place to stay in Siem Reap!!!!

We absolutely loved our time at the hotel. From the moment we arrived until the moment we left we were given tremendous service from the entire staff. The room was excellent (very spacious and well designed), and the pool and amenities were a perfect addition to our wonderful stay in Cambodia. Highly recommend :)

The staff are extremely attentive and make every effort to compensate for the hotel’s shortcomings. There is no food available on site, so don’t count on the breakfast that’s supposed to be included. I was told to order (and purchase) breakfast through the FoodPanda app, but it only works with Cambodian phone numbers. The pool is beautiful, but collects leaves, which were only partially cleared out after I mentioned it. I also had to ask for my room to be cleaned and towels changed after that hadn’t happened by day 3. The lock on my door required several minutes of struggle each time I left or returned. I realize they’ve had a lot of challenges with the pandemic in addition to Cambodia’s overall economic issues, and appreciate the effort the staff made — it’s still a good deal, as long as you don’t mind living on instant noodles from the shop and having to ask for everything (including an electric kettle for making noodles…).

The last, at least, should have been made clear on the website prior to booking. The manager and staff were pleasant and helpful as always, and we understood the impact the pandemic had had, but it was not a good experience and I am unlikely to return there next time I'm in Siem Reap.

Great pool!! A little far from town. Ferris Wheel will help liven the area up. :0)
