We booked this after traveling and needing a place to stay when we got to our room the coffee maker didn’t work. I called out to the front desk. They said there’s nothing they could do after that. We realize the refrigerator also didn’t work. We called down and told them They said that they could change our room, but it was really late and that would be inconvenience to them then my husband went to take a shower and we had no hot water so finally we called again and they just asked if it was really that big of an inconvenience and my husband got upset and just hung up in the morning when we went to check out and tried to discuss the issues that we had the night before, but then they wouldn’t talk to us and said because we booked through you through a third-party they couldn’t do anything for us and they apologize. Our stay was so bad And that the help was so bad. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

We have stayed at this property many times over the last nearly 3 decades. We realize that this property is undergoing a renovation which is timely. We did not see any evidence of the ongoing renovation while we were there so not sure if it has started. We did not stay in a renovated room if there were any available. Upon check in, Morgan greeted us in a very professional manner and checked us in to Room 239. We went to Room 239 opened the door and immediately the smell of cigarette smoke was evident...very evident. We spoke with Morgan and she apologized and placed us in Room 237 right next door to Room 239. This room had no cigarette odor at all. We did have another situation on Sunday, Sept 1 at 3 PM when we returned to our room after having been gone since 10:10 AM. We walked in and the room had not been cleaned while we were gone. I contacted the front desk and clerk said she would have Housekeeping come ASAP and clean the room. Housekeeping Supervisor (name?) came and told me that they had not cleaned the room because the DND hanger was on the door while we were gone. This was not true as I had been the last to leave and the one to unlock the door. There was no hanger on the outside of the door when I unlocked the door. The DND hanger was on the inside of the door. Supervisor repeated her story and ignored what I said. I repeated that there had been no DND on the outside of the door that day. We received towels but room was not cleaned.

Staff was friendly. Stayed on the top floor. Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable and had firm and soft pillow options. Breakfast was good and coffee was great! Location was easy to get to, close to amenities like a gas station, restaurants and shopping within driving distance.

Easy access from Hy; with neat and clean surrounding. Had most of fast food available at nominal distance as well Grocery stores. Room was quite specious, though some repairer/modification work was going on the the floor where we had our room, it was maintained well as well it has had wheel chair accesses room adjoining to the elevator, I would say its a good plus for those who may need one.

The shower in our room needs a good clean, the mold is a concern. Would of like to be made aware that at 11 pm the event center next door hosting a ball game will shut 20 minutes of fireworks. When it started my wife and I woke up thinking some one was shooting a gun! This hotel was not what we expected.

The staff here was absolutely some of the friendliest I’ve encountered, everyone was pleasant from the cleaning crew to maintenance to attendants. It was a plesurable stay. I typically stay at competitors but they have not invested in their properties like IHG here. The room I had, 412 was phenomenal. Spacious, clean, fresh, and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again. 10 for 10 here…super impressed with Holiday Inn & Suites!

We reserved a king room and when we arrived was given queen beds, when asked they said they had no king beds due to renovations. They said they couldnt call me to notify me of the change due to not having a phone number on file, which they did have.

My family of 5 stayed here one night. I liked the interior decor and design. The facilities seem very well-maintained. The breakfast was very good as there were a lot of options--both hot and cold foods. My children enjoyed playing in the indoor pool.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, we had several rooms booked for a family reunion, staff was very accommodating and helpful to make sure everyone got what they needed. Breakfast as always was wonderful.
