Hotel canceled our reservation that was made specifically for the location for a family trip. No notice given. Staff was the rudest I have ever experienced, and absolutely no help.

Nice ladies to greet you at the front desk. My room was not quite ready as the hotel was having a busy day. The ladies promised to get me into a room as soon as they could confirm one was cleaned. I appreciated the honesty from the beginning and the room was ready in little to no time.
One of my lights did not work but I managed those 2 days just as well without it. I also was out of conditioner but the staff kindly provided what I needed.

Proximity to the outlets was the main reason for booking this hotel. We have shopped on this weekend for over 30 years so always looking for a close place with breakfast and free parking. Comfortable beds and plenty of space.

The overall experience was fine. But l, I was there for three nights and one of those days room service never cleaned the room. The bed was not made and towels were not replaced.

Perfect solo self-care staycation spot. Across the street from the Premium Mall with food court options and on a strip with all the stores you want. The location was nice, but breakfast was a bit disappointing, especially on keto (powdered eggs and no meats), but I made it work by bringing my own food since I'm local. The room was perfect for my needs and the service was friendly and helpful. I'll definitely be back.

Not very welcoming but all the other staff was very friendly. The breakfast is horrible. It made both of us sick. Very little options if you are allergic to eggs like I am. Need more variety on breakfast options .
