We enjoyed the comfortable srudio apartment with a view of the Matterhorn from our patio. Breakfast was great, staff were friendly and helüful. We did need to carry suitcases down several flights of stairs, not a problem for us as we travel light. We saved a öot cooking our own dinners.

This is a lovely little hotel. We got a good breakfast. Comfy bed but best of all we had a balcony with a great view of the Matterhorn when we woke up in the morning. Wish we had stayed a bit longer.

Room was too small. Not sufficient area for luggage.
No space to move around in the room .
Pillows were so thin that I had a neck and shoulder pain .

The owner at the reception was very friendly, although the reservation from expedia was not received yet, he gave us the key and a better room. Nice room with balcony, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was accommodated to our time of departure.

We rented 2 rooms for our party of 3. It is a bit of a walk from the train station however the view of the Matterhorn from our balcony more than made up for the slight inconvenience!

This is a very clean and cozy hotel with many amenities and breakfast included. It isn’t the most updated space, but we had a great size room and comfortable place to relax in between hiking and exploring.
Location is subjective — it’s on the other end of the main road from the train station, and away from all the noise of the main strip, but it’s easy to get to and very close to the Zermatt gondola.

It was very charming. Our room was clean and comfortable. We ate lunch in their courtyard with mountains surrounding us. Location is more to the end of town. It’s a short walk to Gorner Gorge and to the gondola to view the Matterhorn.
