Easy location. Water switched between hot and ice cold at all times of the day, and internet was horrible.

The place was inexpensive enough, but when we arrived we got charged nearly the same price as a cleaning fee.
From the photos you can see that it is a building site with the noise level. Drivers to the building site just roll you over. There is no bed. A sofa had to be converted to a double bed, so no comfortable sleep. There is no need to go there without a car as the place is miles away from everywhere. Not even a restaurant is near the place.

Hotel is located on the edge of city, far away from the center or train station, nevertheless bus stop is in front of entrance.
Rooms are cozy and well equiped but the noise isolation is really poor so you can literally hear every single word from another room if guests from another room "turn volume up".
But the price / quality ratio is great.
