My room was perfect. The many courtyards are very well kept, very charming. Even though no AC there is a ceiling fan great screens on windows, I was always comfortable. It was about 5 blocks to main plaza and walkable although sidewalks are not at all flat and the cobblestone roads are extremely bumpy. I would not want to push a stroller or wheelchair. I’d say not a good town for that. But I would definitely stay here again.

One of the best hotels, it has everthing on a walkable distance and the best restaurants around the corner. Just had a small inconvenience with breakfast because expedia says it includes it but it does not.

The room was super hot at night and uncomfortable to sleep. The fan didn't work, asked reception 3 times to have it looked at, no one did. We checked out a day early. The grounds of the hotel are nice and the complimentary tea/coffee is appreciated however I would not recommend based on the quality of the room we where given.

We stayed in room 22 on the second floor.The room is very tiny and I've had to move sideways to enter the bathroom, otherwise entry wasn't possible.Im 6'/210lbs if that helps.We were only able to watch channel 3,no signal on other channels.There's no air conditioning in this room.The room itself was clean ,the bed was small as well.Staff was very friendly and no complaints there Fazit: If you need space,this isn't the room you want.

The location was very convenient and there was coffee, tea and fresh water available when we arrived. We felt very safe and it was serene.

Friendly staff. They were very helpful and kind. The bed and pillows were comfortable. It is very close to shops and restaurants. Very safe. Extremely clean. The garden is beautiful!

Overall, the property was good, but you can hear the other rooms quite easily and I happened to be there on a night when there was a large group of American teenagers and they met in the common area outside my room until after 10 PM, were loud until about midnight, and then were banging around and talking loudly from 4 AM to 5 am because they had an early departure. I realize this isn’t entirely the hotel’s fault but I feel like I signed something that said I’d be quieter after 9 PM so I feel like the hotel could have reminded them to be a little quieter. Also, then a staff member opened my door at about 5 am. I had the chain on. I assume he thought it was one of the vacated rooms but he really should have checked. I don’t think that has happened to me ever before. My first night was much better and it is a convenient location. Otherwise the staff was friendly.

Beautiful little Inn in Antigua. Staff very professional, friendly and polite.
