Perfect Location - practically right on the beach. Pillows a little soft for our liking. Room really quirky - thankfully there was a fan as it was so warm in the room. Misleading about free parking - there are no parking spaces on site - which was a big reason why we booked it - you have to go and find a space on the street - we were about a 10 minute walk away.

Very interesting and quirky building. Excellent location and very welcoming hosts, free parking a bit misleading though. The fantastic cocktails more than made up for it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ebenezer`s Place Neal was the perfect host and the breakfast was amazing. We can highly recommend as a place to stay if you are visiting Broadstairs.

We had a lovely overnight stay. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. We were offered help carrying any bags up the stairs which was a nice touch. We stayed in the oriental room and it more than lived up to expectations. The tea tray was very well stocked, there was even a couple of sachets of hot chocolate. If you stay here definitely get breakfast. My partner had the full English and I had the vegetarian option. We’ve stayed in a lot of hotels/B&Bs over the years and this was by far the best breakfast we have ever had. Would we stay again? Definitely, without a doubt. If you're looking to stay in Broadstairs and want to be made to feel like you're in a home from home, don't hesitate. You won't be disappointed.

A small hotel in a good location , only 100 yards from the beach and the town. Nicely decorated in period style and very clean overall. Probably a 10/10 only the bathroom, which did have a bath, needed a little updating. Overall highly recommended. Parking is free a 5 minutes walk away in West Esplanade

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable and the hosts friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a drink in the bar in the evening and a delicious fried breakfast in the morning. The accommodation is in an excellent position and we enjoyed browsing round Broadstairs.

Had a lovely stay here. They really couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was fantastic and everything was of the highest quality. Clearly a hotel that understands that the little things matter. Located a short walk from the station, right on the sea front and with all the amenities you could want right on its doorstep we can’t recommend this place enough.

A place that all hotels, b & b should strive to emulate. The owner and his staff are excellent and welcoming. Great cocktails. Will definitely be returning very soon. Thanks for a great 2 nights
